Chaos deck was kind of lame out of the box tbh, it was like two decks in one, half cascade and half demons. but I upgraded it into a demon tribal with [ [Be'lakor]] so now its fun. The Dr. Who precons are pretty strong out of the box and fun to play. A lot of reasonable value reprints in them as well. Not the 50 dollar per card kind but 2-5 dollars. So playable yet not bonkers staples. If you can go older, the meren of clan nel Toth precon is probably one of the strongest precons ever printed.
