May 30, 2017 · I was working with my 7 year old son yesterday firing the little .22 Cricket using a box of 50 Armscor .22 ammo. After about 40 shots we had one round that was much more like a .22 Mag going off than a .22 long rifle. The bolt turn hard to open and the casing was stuck to the head of the bolt and refused to eject until I removed with my fingers. The long rifle ammo that I used came in a yellow box with black and red printing. Velocity was all over the place, the ammo was EXTREMELY dirty to shoot.
