Bern's Steak House, located in Tampa off Howard Ave in a very hip district, stands right up there as one of America's great steakhouse experiences. My wife and I, after spending several years in Central Florida, finally got the chance to check out Berns the other night (you have to make your reservations online pretty well in advance).
