I prefer a normal small hot coffee; 4 cream, 4 sugar and two pumps of caramel. I've made it for numerous customers and I've never once gotten a complaint but praise instead. It's better with 5 cream and 5 sugar with 5 pumps of Caramel. It's way tastier. All my guests with no teeth love it to death.
