Communion meditation

The meditation before communion can be a very powerful reminder of the integral and wholesome element of examining oneself in relationship to the Lord's Supper. First Corinthians 11:29,32 reminds us to (1) recognize the body of the Lord, and (2) examine ourselves so that we will not be condemned.
