Honda odyssey door not closing

The passenger door will open with either button and manually but will not close at all with the van engine running. Either close button will merely cause three beeps and no movement. When I try to manually close the door, it will move about 6" and then hit an abrupt mechanical stop.

During warm weather the drivers side sliding door will open and close as it's supposed to. It honestly works perfectly, absolutely no complaints.
