Jm presses. The JM Press taught by JM Blakely. I dont know if any of those links mentioned it, but there are two ways to do JM presses. Minimal movement at the shoulder, making it basically a tricep extension to the neck, throat or upper chest. More movement in the shoulder, making it basically a close grip bench to the neck, throat, or upper chest.
