Kuu Ramen is a ramen spot!!! I oreder Miso ramen ($11) ,which is onion, pork, corn, garlic, bean sprout, bamboo, naruto, arugula, sesame, butter with add a soft-boiled egg half ($0.50). This was pretty good and would be great on a cold winter day. They also open the 80s rock music and that really set the mood!All serve different varieties of ramen, so hard to say which is the best. I will say that most people in the west seems to prefer tonkotsu, which imo is the most overdone and plainest of the varieties. The broth is literally just boiled pork bones for 18 hours and I unno, it's just kinda one note.
