Unfair practices to some customers. I ordered a 40 tape box from a 3rd party because the cost was more affordable than ordering directly from Legacy Box. This was to be a rather expensive gift for my 2 grown children for Christmas. My tapes were received at Legacybox on November 1. As of December 14, my order is still awaiting production.
