When player-killing, other players have a large window of opportunity to escape from a Defence pure due to their weak attacks. Other players also find it difficult to kill Defence pures due to their ability to tank hits.70 Defence and 70 Ranged are required to wear the armour, and 70 Ranged is required to wield the weapon.
