Pop's has the best variety of bagels in the area and an excellent a selection of sandwiches, wraps, and egg dishes. The bagels are coated on both sides, like they should be (unlike Dunkin and Panera). I felt that they were a bit less chewy than I expect from a good NJ bagel, so maybe the flour they use is lower in gluten than others.
