Clean and light citrusy coffee that ends with clean taste. 20:280;medium fine grind; v3 stopper; 50g 35 sec; 120g clear; stop and hold 35 sec and release. Starts very gentle orange citrus, and ends with clean light caramelly flavor. I enjoyed this single origin using a Hario v60 in the 4:6 method.
