Jun 23, 2018 · My best-educated-guess is that when I accidentally filled the gas tank all the way up, some gas got into the canister. Driving it for a while allowed the gas to evaporate, thus returning the canister to its normal state. Even though the Check Engine light is now OFF, the P0455 code still comes up when the codes are read. Kia Soul 2.0L with the code p0441 evap insufficient purge.
